Establishment of the Present Day 18 Hole Course

In 1900 the course was moved to land situated between the Upper Gorton Reservoir and Abbey Hey until 1910 when the original land between Upper Gorton Reservoir and Kings Road was leased and it became an 18 hole course.

When the Wright Robinson School was built the Club lost the 9 holes whereupon the Waterworks Committee let a pasture of land between Kings Road and Denton Golf Course. The new course was opened on September 8th 1962.

Green Fees
